Our Food Truck Story

In 2023, my wife and I left our jobs in Silicon Valley and moved to Japan to help care for her aging parents. I was an engineering manager in the aerospace industry, and Yuka was a pharmaceutical chemist. Since my own parents were stable, we felt it was important to support Yuka’s parents in their later years, assisting with their daily struggles and health needs. At the same time, we wanted to bring a piece of the culture we loved in San Francisco to Japan—introducing the unique artisan fast-food truck experience from the Bay Area.
